It’s not too late to make peach cocktails.
This drink can be served with or without bourbon.
Ingredients for 2 :
2 ripe peaches or nectarines cut in small pieces
1 cup of strong earl grey tea
1-2 Tbsp sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Basil leaves to smash and some to garnish
4 oz bourbon
10 Ice cubes
Instructions:
In a mixing jar smash peaches with lemon juice, basil and sugar. Add couple of ice cubes and stir well. Strain it to a shaker.
Add 4 ice cubes, tea and bourbon and shake it well.
The cocktail can be served on ice.
Garnish with purple basil leaves.
