Passion martini

This exotic sweet and tart martini makes a perfect tropical evening drink.

Ingredients: (serving 2)

• 2 passion fruits halved and pulped

• 4 oz vodka

• 2 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)

• 1 oz lime juice

• Ice cubes

• Rose buds for garnish

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well and pour into serving glasses, garnish with rose buds.
