Make time to sit down and have your smoothie. It is more possible if you make the smoothie thicker, serve it in a bowl and top it with fruits, nuts, seeds and dried fruits.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup nectarine slices
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp honey
Desired toppings
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, process until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add ice cubes or water and process again.
