Kiwi, pear and kale smoothie



I feel good when I drink greens. #Green smoothie doesn’t have to taste like salad. Adding pear, #Granny Smiths or #ginger can balance out the flavours.


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup chopped kale 🥬 🥬 🥬

  • 1 ripe pear diced🍐🍐🍐

  • 1 ripe kiwi peeled and diced🥝🥝🥝

  • 1/2 cup coconut water🥥🥥🥥

  • 5 ice cubes 🧊🧊🧊

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)🍯🍯🍯


Instructions:


Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.

The amount of ice depends on how thick or runny you would like your smoothie.
